"Change is the only constant in life." ~ Heraclitus, Greek philosopher, 535 B.C.

In business, the constant state of rapid change is often described as VUCA, which stands for volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. A VUCA world brings both big challenges and great opportunities. Overcoming the challenges and capitalizing on the opportunities requires agility in clearly identifying the problem, understanding causes and effects, and, perhaps most importantly, implementing effective solutions.

In this session, you will be introduced (or reintroduced) to the VUCA leadership framework, which provides an incisive way of analyzing business problems to enable better decision-making. You will also hear from two successful executives who will bring you their unique perspectives from the front lines on successfully leading through VUCA challenges. From navigating the ascent from Director to the C-Suite or adapting strategies for global markets, they will share their experiences in a lively, interactive format so you walk away with practical insights to apply in your own volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments.

Join us on Saturday, June 10 for this interesting and thought-provoking conversation with our featured guest speakers while reconnecting with former classmates, other alumni, and current students. Your guests and your desire for life-long learning are welcome!

Event price includes continental breakfast and parking.
